Shipping Return and Refund Policy

You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.

Refunds Returns and Exchange Policy

All exchanges should be made within 4 days of receipt of the product. You need to obtain an RMA code from us via email which is required on the box before you ship in order to locate the box under your account. We are not responsible or held liable for any returns without the RMA label.
If there is a size issue, the customer can exchange the item for a different size or style within 4 days from the date of receipt of the item. The returned product needs to be in original packaging, completely unused, unaltered, and unwashed with all the price tags and proper packaging. If the return or exchange does not match with our Alen Cooper policy & regulation then we can easily reject the return as we reserve the right. For Refund Policy – Kindly refer to the Returns and Refunds clause in the Terms & Conditions of Sale. NO REFUNDS, CASHBACK OR CANCELLATIONS. If the customer still insists to return for refund, then a 75% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the total amount before tax and the balance would be refunded back to your original mode of payment with 7-10 business days. 

All Return Shipping charges are paid by the customer.

In case of an exchange, if we do not have the stock available then we will consider it as a special order after informing the customer by email and customize the style in the factory without any delay and will deliver the product in 3-4 weeks.

For Christmas gift orders we will extend our exchange time period to 1st week of January every calendar year.

How to enable a return

If you have bought the product from any shopping portal then if you have to follow that portal’s return scheme. Or if you have directly purchased from Alen Cooper’s site then at the first move is send us an email at – [email protected] regarding your concern, followed by an email from us with an approved RMA label. Use the RMA label to ship the item back to us.

Please note that during the peak season, the returning regime may take some adding time.
