Return within 7 days
The returned product needs to be in original packing, completely unused, unaltered and unwashed with all the price tags and proper packaging.
Return Shipping charges are paid by the customer. In case of an exchange if we do not have the stock available then we will customize the style in our factory without any delay and will deliver you the product in 4 weeks after getting a confirmation of such special order from the customer. If the return or exchange does not match with our Alen Cooper policy & regulation then we can easily reject the return as we reserve the right. In case of a return there will be a 30% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee plus the shipping charges would be deducted from the total amount paid for the item and the balance amount will be returned back in the same format as it was received with 7-10 business days.

 

How to enable a return

If you have bought the product from any shopping portal then if you have to follow that portal’s return scheme
Or if you have directly purchased from Alen Cooper’s site then at the first move is send us an email regarding your concern whether to exchange for a different style or size or color and then ship the item back to us. You need to obtain an RMA code from us by email with free Return Shipping Label which is required in the box before you ship the return in order to located the return under your account. We are not responsible or held liable for any returns without the RMA label and our Return Shipping Label.
If it’s a return, upon receiving the item and after checking the item, the payment will be refunded within 3 business days.
Please note that during the peak season, the returning regime may take some adding time.
